Meet Laura Padham, Au.D.

Laura Padham, Au.D., is a compassionate and highly skilled Doctor of Audiology dedicated to improving the hearing health and quality of life of her patients. She earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Montclair State University in 2015, where she specialized in aural rehabilitation, hearing technology, and tinnitus management.

Dr. Padham has provided expert hearing care in private practice settings throughout Manhattan, Howell, and Freehold, New Jersey. Through her experience, she recognized that many patients face challenges getting to the audiologist’s office — and that delivering care directly in patients’ homes allows for more personalized and effective treatment.

“There are many reasons why it can be difficult to get to the audiologist. When I visit a patient’s home, I can truly focus on their hearing needs in their own environment — not just make things sound great in the office.”

Dr. Padham is known for her patient-centered approach, practical solutions, and ability to make hearing care accessible to everyone. She holds New Jersey Audiology Licenses #1390 / #924 and continues to stay at the forefront of advancements in hearing technology and aural rehabilitation.
